Colorado Designated Planning Agency Resources

In 2023, our academic partners at the Colorado State University One Water Solutions Institute collaborated with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) Water Quality Control Division to develop a suite of resources for the state’s Designated Planning Agencies (DPA).
