Purpose

This data can be used to identify census tracts with populations vulnerable to water and wastewater affordability problems.

Description

These data are designed to flag Census tracts with people vulnerable to water and wastewater affordability problems now and in the future.

Attributes

A “1” in the High-Risk column indicates the tract has people that may be facing affordability issues. A “1” in the At-Risk column indicates the tract has people that may be facing affordability issues in the future.
